now we need to make the config file shorter and easier to generate

things to consider:

provide default options to executor Cmd, e.g. stdout, stderr in copyOut should be added by default, as they are always needed
write a config file generator, which provides some command templates of executor and parser, e.g. Run cpplint with copy right checker disabled on current directory recursively and parse the result
